As a member of PepsiCo’s Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) provides daily and routine transactional support to assigned Talent Acquisition Managers (TAMs) and Talent Acquisition Representatives (TARs) managing the staffing process for Supply Chain blue collars roles.
Provide staffing support for Supply Chain FL and L01 L03 roles (Dragomiresti and Popesti Plant), with a goal of filling open roles with qualified internal or external talent while achieving target metrics such as Time to Accept (TTA), Time-to-Find / Hire, Hiring Manager Satisfaction scores(HMSS) and system accuracy, among others.
Execute the full life cycle recruitment process for each requisition opened in this area, including :
Facilitation of Hiring Manager Intake Meeting resulting in service-level alignment
Ensure timely and effective communications between candidate(s) and hiring team
Screen, assess, and evaluate internal and external candidates who have applied via online / offline job postings and present qualified candidate slate to Hiring team.
Candidate slate representation should meet Diversity requirements established by the function.
Manage the feedback process to determine next step actions in process. Manage with the attempt to achieve / build consensus, with Manager Oversight when needed.
Work with Total Rewards and SC HRBPs to develop compelling offer for external hires. Present final offer to candidate.
Manage offer negotiations if necessary.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders, including functional hiring managers, HRBPs, Total Rewards and TA Operations in order to foster partnerships that yield consistent on-going communication, high-quality results, and efficient processes in order to build TA function credibility.
Manage the internal and external posting of job requisitions to PepsiCo’s career sites and other external sites, including offline roles promotion as requested by TA Manager.
Deliver the highest quality candidate experiences to ensure that PepsiCo is viewed as candidates’ Employer of Choice
Provide timely communication and counsel to hiring teams and candidates throughout the recruitment process
Become an advanced user of Kenexa, our Candidate Management System and follow SOPs for system utilization
Be an active participant in Operations Team meetings by sharing best practices, escalating issues and recommending solutions.
Qualifications / Requirements
At least 1 year of blue collars recruitment experience within a professional work environment
High energy individual that is passionate about recruitment and enjoys working in a fast paced, innovative, dynamic organization
Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills
Must be collaborative team player
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism at all times
Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
