Monitor and confirm staffing in coordination with HR Scheduler
Meet employees staffing reviews, orientation proposals, career management, etc.
Position available employees on activities to achieve productivity and development targets
Welcome news joiners in the specific gatherings presentations, meet ups etc.
Owner of loadable forecasts prepare them with HR Scheduler teams and validate them
Prepare specific reports across supported teams together with the HR Scheduler and ensure the right information movements forecast.
Ensure the follow up of recruitment while preserving the Supply and Demand balance point with the recruitment teams
Working closely with Supply Demand Balancing Lead to identify best solutions on demand and supply topics
Facilitation of inter mission meetings
