You come with :

  • C1 level of Spanish;
  • B2 level of English;
  • Minimum education : Bachelor’s Degree;
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and Outlook;
  • BPO experience it would be an advantage;
  • Attention to details.
  • Your day in Conectys :

  • You will validate the compliance of client cases (receipts, documents, eligibility criteria etc.) submitted by end users of the application with the set of working procedures and manuals in place;
  • Based on existing guidelines you will identify and inform the end user about eligibility (they qualify or not for the promotion);
  • You will identify and escalate potential errors of the applications used to process reviews to the direct supervisor and / or the clients’ designated team;
  • You will validate new documents used by customers.
