Digital Customer Ebablement Specialist
Role purpose :
Digital Customer Enablement (Internal Order Assurance) is part of Vodafone Business providing a portfolio of support to our sales organisations and customers for BAU and Complex Opportunities.
One of the key functions within this portfolio of services is to be the bridge between the Sell Build process.
This involves 4 broad areas of activity :
Sales Support liaising with Sales and Solution colleagues to support and provide guidance on order placement for fixed services and to capture the any referrals / issues that prevent delivery to subsequent orders successfully
Customer Support liaising directly with Customers to support and provide guidance on order placement for fixed services and to capture the any referrals / issues that prevent delivery to subsequent orders successfully
Project Support working with customers and internal stakeholders (Sales, Solution, Delivery, Project Management etc) at post customer contract stage to ensure the successful delivery of complex (multiple site and / or multiple product) projects order are submitted right first time
Continuous Improvement Subject Matter Expert in Sell Build process
With these activities you will have a great impact on our business :
Raise feasibility for the designs being handled taking into consideration the access type, product type & structure, HLD, VRF, POP, port details and any other available technical or non-technical details.
Manage CRQs (Change Requests) and SCRs (Soft Change Requests) independently, participate in the qualification call, review the documentation, advise the internal customer what kind of details should be provided, and raise the request directly with the concerned team.
For change requests, based on the network inventory tool, ensure the the requester fills in the technical documentation with circuit references, existing VRFs, VLAN IDs, available bandwidth, QoS breakdown models etc with the help of the Solution consultant
Ensure the technical documents are amended before order acceptance by the Solution consultant with private LAN IP addressing for test VRFs, primary / resilient links, port details, site addresses etc.

Understanding of Fixed connectivity & associated products
Basic networking concepts LAN & WAN (CCNA preferred)
ITIL, Agile methodology knowledge
Skills / experience in international and global environment
