What You Can Expect Over the course of two years, you’ll get hands-on experience, be actively integrated into the day-to-day activities of your teams, and gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy.

You'll rapidly build in-depth knowledge, discover solutions, and experience our business first-hand.From day one, you will work on challenging projects with three individually-designed assignments, including one eight-month assignment abroad (Covid permitting).

You will be assigned a mentor and will shadow a role or position to support you in reaching your individual career goals and network with peers and business leaders.

You’ll also have access to the resources to help you grow.You will play an important Role in modelling efficient processes helping in securing our future projects, you will get visibility in various management levels and you will strengthen your network and be part of the transformation of our project portfolio. How You’ll Make an Impact

As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You’ll share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and will work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact.

Obtaining an insight for the requirements of our (internal) customers, translate them together with the Proposal Project team into bid strategies, develop and validate ideas how to optimize the process around our Sales Calculation and challenge existing patterns in cost collection and validation.

Acknowledging Digitalization and Transformation as key element, exploring digitalization solutions to streamline and optimize Bid management landscape.

Performing a review of our proposal processes landscape such as but not limited to decision making process (Limit of Authorities -LoA), the underlying supporting tools (e.

g., Sales Force), as well as ensuring as such from a Global Governance perspective.

By shadowing our Commercial Bid Managers, you shall understand their role and responsibility and develop a harmonized role description.

During the sales process and project execution you shall develop streamlined understanding of the commercial role on a global scale.

What You Bring

A master's degree, doctoral degree, or equivalent in Economics.

Significant practical work experience up to 36 months including knowledge from internships, working student activities or employment is required.

Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working is required.

Excellent English acumen to work in a multi-cultural environment and be flexible and mobile during the program. Good command of German would be an asset.

Strong analytical thinking.

Hands-on attitude.
