About the Job
Ensuring games are dealt according to the procedures
Identifying and resolving all game irregularities due to dealer mistake
Recording all events related to Major Incidents
Ensuring that all tables are operating without interruptions
Assure that integrity is never breached
Track of issues due to equipment, hardware and software
Effectively handling all real-time incidents on the gaming floors
Chat monitoring
Assist players with queries regarding the game concept, rules, payouts
Check the condition of all equipment from the gaming floor
Escalating technical issue to relevant departments
Preparing shift reports
Reporting to Team Leader SM
