The Medical Devices segment produces a broad range of innovative productsused primarily by health care professionals in the fields of orthopaedics,neurovascular, surgery, vision care, diabetes care, infection prevention, cardiovasculardisease, sports medicine, and aesthetics.

This segment is comprised of ourGlobal Medical Solutions, Global Orthopaedics and Global Surgery Groups.

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (DEPUY SYNTHES)

Location : Cluj / Bistrita Nasaud / Maramures / Satu Mare / Salaj

Full-time contract

The Key Account Manager promotes products and procedures tohospital staff and develops strong relationships with customers.

The KeyAccount Manager is accountable for achieving overall sales goals in J&JMedical devices division Orthopedics & General Surgery.

Maintasks :

  • Promotesproducts & procedures to hospital staff and develops strong relationshipswith customers.
  • Achievesand maintains sales in certain area for certain product / group of productsaccording to sales plan.
  • Servesmultiple hospital accounts in a prescribed territory.
  • Keepscustomers informed on new products, services, pricing, changes, etc.
  • Analysescustomer needs and identifies new potential customers.
  • Regularlyparticipates on surgeries in operating rooms.
  • Developscustomer and product focused presentation and package for sales.
  • Deliversproducts presentations.
  • Handlecustomer questions and issues.
  • Makesregular visits to customer locations to gather information on products andmarket conditions.
  • Collaboratewith other departments identifies potential impact on business.
  • Createsproposal for expansion of customer base.
  • Drivescompany’s sales / market share.
  • Performsin compliance with state and company regulations, policies, procedures andstandards.
  • Qualifications

    CRUCIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES :

  • University degree (Economic / Business / Medical / Engineer preferably)
  • Sound commercial knowledge and experience matched with sense of urgency
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience at least 2 spent in Orthopedics market
  • Experience In high level negotiations and key customers management
  • Effective interpersonal skills and ability to build professional credibility and respect with business partners
  • Self-starter, innovative, independent, flexible
  • High ethical standards, adaptable, curious, entrepreneurial
  • Driving license
  • Fluent in English and native level of Romanian
