Mission

Part of the Transformation Office, the Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for defining, planning, implementing and monitoring the Quality Assurance framework at SG EBS organization level.

Your Role in a Nutshell :

  • Defines the framework for assessing customers needs and transpose these into effective quality control processes;
  • Plays a consulting role for increasing the quality level of the operational processes at organization level;
  • Offers support and educates the delivery teams to pilot their activities based on quality indicators / measurements;
  • Enforces the common minimum standards in terms of quality within SG EBS;
  • Monitors the quality management system & proposes measures for improvementation;
  • Enforces an organizational culture based on quality;
  • Organizes best practices and awareness campaigns;
  • Defines and pilots the quality assurance community in the organization;
  • Defines and implements Quality governance in SG EBS.

  • A little about You :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position (Quality Assurance / Quality Control), preferable in manufacturing industry;
  • Advanced command of English, French language knowledge represents an advantage;
  • Certifications such as Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement, Six Sigma knowledge nice to have.
