The roles provide specialised nursing care, guidance and advice at an expert level. Duties include those of a Staff Nurse and in addition you will have mentored, coached and enabled staff to achieve a high level of clinical performance.
Above all you will be able to use your experience and influence to support the clinic management and ensure high quality care.
You will need experience of Haemodialysis, mentoring others, providing high quality care to patients, excellent communication skills and understanding the role of the Care Quality Commission.
Typically nursing roles are full time and work to a shift pattern will be a mixture of early and late days (no nights). Hours are on average a 37.
5 hour week or 150 hours over a 4 week period, Monday to Saturday. Part time and bank nurse applications welcome.
