For this role you will be :
Keeping in close touch with hiring managers to deeply understand the technical requirements of the role, the function, and how it fits into the organization.
Using social media channels (Linkedin, Facebook..) and other recruitment sites for finding potential candidates.
Selecting candidates, scheduling interviews, and running the interviews.
Providing the final feedback to the candidates.
Building a relationship with prospects
Minimum of 1 year experience in the recruitment field.
Good eye for talent with the ability to quickly screen resumes.
Good sourcing skills.
Sharp interview skills with the ability to screen for both technical and soft qualities.
Basic technical knowledge.
Very good written and verbal communication skills.
Enjoy working as a team member as well as independently.
Advanced English skills.
