Provide maximum HR value to business in umbrella HR function at Business Area level through support and delivery of programs, projects, initiatives from Automotive HR agenda as well as from the aggregation of Business Units HR needs within Business Area AMS, e.
g. in the areas of Talent Management, Competency Management, Compensation matters, Work Place Flexibility, Labor and Employee Relations, etc.
Work out concepts and solutions on specific HR matters of concern at Business Area level across all Business Units, e.g.
on topics of strategic importance for Business Area, e.g. improvement of Leadership Culture, Organizational Development, HR Communication hand-in-hand with Automotive HR topic responsible
Lead and facilitate Business Area HR Strategy process (Hoshin Kanri) and annual HR Goal Setting inclusive of KPIs, track achievement level on quarterly basis and identify and support implementation of counter measures in case off-track
Provide end-to-end HR services as HR Business Partner for Business Area AMS Support Functions, as they are Controlling, Strategy & Future Solutions, Communications and Purchasing
Support annual budgeting process for AMS HR in conjunction with Central Business Area Controlling
Prepare and initiate Communication on People and HR related topics of concern and interest for the AMS organization at large, for AMS management and also within HR (i.
e. for MIMs, AMS HR InfoCalls ww)
Support Business Area HR Head in his responsibility of Country HR Sponsorships (currently for Japan and India)
Provide leadership and guidance to a team of two HR professionals Qualifications
Academic degree in economics, social sciences, law or equivalent
Several years of professional experience in HR, preferably in CoE's Talent Management and Organizational Development or Compensation & Benefits and / or as HR Business Partner
Profound knowledge in project management
Business fluent in English language (spoken and written) and German language
High degree of independence and sense of responsibility
Strong team, communication and conflict resolution skills
Negotiating skills, assertiveness and solution oriented working style
Sovereign appearance, intercultural competence as well as very good time and self-management
