Manages Client relationship through providing daily operational support via telephone and e-mail.
Acts as one contact to the Client, communicating all relevant information and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Deals with commercial checks on orders.
Deals with and coordinates any order prioritization requests with the supply chain organizations to meet client expectations.
Realizes operational reviews with Client Operational staff.
Represents an interface with sales, marketing, logistics and all suppliers worldwide.
Manages all Transaction Processing Activities and finds solutions to raised queries and issues.
Proactive monitors backlog of orders using different tools and reports and works to avoid escalations.
Ensures structured and high quality communication related to issues affecting the order backlog.
Deals with all written or verbal requests from the Clients (inquiries, complaints).
Uses own judgment to escalate issues at the right time and to the correct owner.
Ensures that NXP policies, legal regulations and audit requirements are met and maintained.
Manages all quality incidents reported by the customers
