University degree in HRM or related field.
3 years’ experience in an HR role (preferably with an international company).
Experience with HR software systems (HRMS).
Good knowledge of English language.
Excellent organization and communication skills.
Advanced microsoft excel skills and excellent numerical skills.

Job Purpose :
To provide an effective Human Resources administration service in an efficient, professional and effective manner.
Prepare employment contracts and maintain proper Employee records.
Work closely with the Senior Recruiter and coordinate onboarding process.
Update and maintain HR System and ensure processes’ efficiency.
Prepare and manage payroll process.
Collect timesheet data and payroll information.
Maintain accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve concerns.
Prepare periodic payroll reports for review by management.
Provide day to day advice to Line Managers and Employees on general HR related queries, requests and Policies and Procedures, escalating more complex issues to the HR Manager.
Assist the HR Manager with any other tasks and projects as directed.
