As Account Manager, you will drive OEM and Embedded Analytics sales of Tableau products to leading corporations and ISVs within your geographic territory as assigned by the Director.
You will drive business and coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle : account management, product demonstrations, product support, sales engineering, deal negotiation and close while closely aligning yourself to the Tableau direct sales team.
You’ll ensure clients are successful with Tableau products through additional training, onsite meetings, and reference selling.
This role will require 25 - 50% travel. The Account Manager - will play an integral role in the success of the overall sales team.
This is a high impact and quota-carrying position.
Some of the things you’ll be doing include
Drive OEM and Embedded Analytics sales of Tableau products to leading corporations and ISVs
Define and execute territory sales plans for assigned geographic territory and then meet and exceed sales goals (quotas) through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities in new accounts while teaming with the direct sales teams.
Bring your knowledge and experience selling to vertical segments, as well as existing relationships with key accounts
Manage business and coordinate re sources throughout the sales cycle : account management, product demonstrations, product support, sales engineering, deal negotiation and close
Manage and track customer and transactional information in a CRM system
Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast
Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products
Practice effective, excellent communication with management, legal, customers and support staff
Travel (up to 25-50%) to customer locations in support of sales efforts.

Who you are
Experienced. You have 10+years of enterprise software sales experience including enterprise and strategic selling. 2+ years in OEM / Embedded software sales or technical background demonstrating ability to communicate effectively with engineering and product management personnel is a plus.
Domain. Experience with analytics, data, databases, predictive modeling, or business intelligence preferred. Experience working at, selling technology to, and / or selling technology through vertical solutions.
Bachelor's Degree with a technical or business focus preferred
Performer. Consistent overachievement of sales goals in a large geographic territory and a self-starter.
Amazing Salesperson . You have a desire, even an obsession, to bring new customers into the Tableau franchise and maximize revenue. You are a closer.
Excellent Communication. You know what to say and more importantly, how to say it.

This role will be based in Singapore. and candidate must be willing to relocate. Tableau will provide relocation assistance to successful candidate.
