Job Description

In this role you will Lead the maximization of revenues and margin by leading the development of Revenue Management plans across our Eastern Balkans region.

Your main responsibilities will include :

  • Pack Price Architecture : The development a Consumer & Shopper Pack Price Architecture, driving optimal, insights based Packs & Prices for each occasion & channel.
  • Promotion Strategy : Defining a clear channel & customer promotion strategy, setting the guiderails, identifying the optimal offer, establishing the frequency in order to deliver the targeted Consumer Value, Effectiveness and Profitability.
  • Max the Mix : Identify Mix Drags & Drivers’ within the portfolio and provide clear recommendations on the most optimal commercial strategy and game plan to maximize the Mix.
  • Category Trade Terms : Work with Sales Management and Category Development Manager to build an optimal commercial strategy by customer / channel and by product including customer margins structure and counterparts
  • Pricing : Determine annual Pricing rates which is informed by appropriate external & competitive benchmarks
  • Qualifications / Requirements

  • Applicant must be immediately credible in strategy & have experience building executable commercial / financial strategy in a CPG environment.
  • Experience within strong top-tier consulting or commercial strategy background in FMCG, or commercial analytics experience with time spent in a senior strategy role.
  • Very strong analytical skills excellent competency in MS Excel is a must, as is experience of managing complex, incomplete & inconsistent datasets and defining strategic analytics (market sizing / growth forecasts etc).
  • Deep grounding in analytical logic and ability to translate complex data into powerful insight
  • Intellectual curiosity and ability to problem solve / search out facts / engage internal & external contacts to source data without prior detailed process / guidance
  • Proven experience using PowerPoint and ability to producing visually compelling presentations (i.e. beyond just operating the software) that are impactful with a senior audience
  • Clarity in communication (English language) to enable production of a very high standard of commentary that is impactful and credible amongst our most senior audiences.
  • Balance of data experience across Financial / P&L and broader consumer / shopper / commercial insights in a CPG environment (note no specific financial qualifications required)
