Role Purpose :
The contributes to the success of PepsiCo Romania by leading projects, identifying opportunities and contributing to short&medium logistics function agenda.
This person is having a direct impact in the performance and efficiency of the logistics team.
Main responsibilities :
Lead and develop Logistics Productivity Projects agenda, aligning it with the Supply Chain Strategy
Facilitate and maintain periodic business review meetings and calls across regional and central teams
Develop project plan on basis of business requirements, arrangement of project team, project metrics design, KPI’s and reporting.
Prepare comprehensive project plans to assure deliverables are attained within budget, timeline and varied productivity project objectives as defined with manager.
Oversee and control logistic project progress, manages project milestones, tasks, scope, timelines, expenses and risks impacting projects.
Actively participate in budgeting and annual operating plan preparations.
Proactively support key stakeholders, cluster and central teams with needed empirical data and analytics.
Propose operational targets taking into consideration transformation initiatives, GTM and operational specifics with regard to moving from as-is to to-be models and business development plans in general
Head and stimulate projects and develop communication plan working with team members, stakeholders and project sponsors.
Develop method of change management, process training, communication plans
Qualifications / Requirements
College Diploma required
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain operational areas is required
Experience in Transformation / Project Management is a plus
Strong analytical and holistic data interpretation skills
Experience of process mapping and analysis
Basic to Medium Knowledge of financial statements
Experience of cross functional metrics definition, implementation and utilization
Proven troubleshooting skills with a high attention to detail
Excellent listening skills and the ability to formulate targeted questions for clarification and understanding
Advanced in English
Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
