As a COO Assistant, you might interact with any of the activity mentioned above, but you will mainly cover the monthly reporting for ITEC department (time-
tracking and preparing the invoicing). You will be also responsible for analysis and preparation of the monthly ITEC dashboard.
Your Role in a Nutshell :
Monthly monitoring time-tracking tools / extracts (and raise alerts whenever discrepancies appear);
Consolidate HC collection file (the invoicing details);
Update RT and Pyramid on a weekly basis;
Consolidate ITEC Dashboard ;
Collect / analyze data (KPIs, budget, staff plan, projects) ;
Update related files;
Prepare the dashboard (power point) ;
Follow-up for any alerts that may occur (upon request);
Working closely with COO and management to assist in any punctual or recurrent tasks;
Might assist in coordinating / organizing events (ITEC / EBS).
A little about You :
You have excellent computer skills and understanding of data privacy standards;
You have experience with the following tools : Excel, Power Point.
