Digital Workplace (DWP) Technical Project Manager is responsible to plan, lead and handle the successful delivery of workplace transformation, migration and build projects.

Role and Responsibilities :

As a Technical Project Lead to drive the workplace components in a project along with technical architects / SMEs for a new or existing Atos outsourcing client

Act as a technical project lead - understand workplace solution building blocks and how they fulfill client requirements and meets Atos contractual obligations

Lead all aspects of the project implementations including project rollouts, resource tracking, budget management, schedule development, cost / budget analysis, cross field coordination and communications and deliver projects in time and within budget.

Ensure all appropriate documentation, requirements, design and test specifications and other required work are created and reviewed / approved by external and internal collaborators

Issue regular project status and manage communication with internal Atos collaborator and client representatives. Manage project team and prioritization.

Facilitate the resolution of issues and raise issues to project stakeholders as required

Deep understanding of project management methodology (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Prince2). Ensures compliance with relevant corporate policies and standards Achieve project breakthroughs through regular multi-functional project meetings to review schedule, status, issues and to ensure conflict resolution and risk mitigation

Procurement experience is essential. Successful experience in using project management methodologies, best practices and processes

Ability to lead project teams in a highly matrix environment. Demonstrated experience implementing new technologiesand follow transition process to hand-off support to support team after rollout

Strong process improvement focus and standard methodology knowledge

Experience in planning and managing data center migrations or consolidations. Well versed of Migration Methodology and Tools

Technical skills :

Good to have certifications like CAPM, PMP, Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM),Prince2. Knowledge in client transformation projects from win7 to Win10 in a mid (20K) and large(70K) EUC device landscape.

Knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory, KMS and CA certification authority and Azure AD, packaging, and software certification and distribution, Bit locker and encryption solutions

Knowledge in MDT and OS image deployment, knowledge in mobile device management solutions, (E.g. Intune / SCCM, VMware workspace ONE, Mobile Iron.

Knowledge in server operating system MS Windows 2008 R2 and higher

Soft Skills :

Must have good communication skills, written and verbal. Experience in gathering customer / user requirements. Good interpersonal skills and customer handling skills and ability to structure and draft technical documentation

Flexibility :

Overtime may be vital to complete tasks, need to be flexible with respect to working times, based on GBU timings for whom the transition is being handled and working on weekends during Production move

Working Experience & Education Qualification :

Formal education level : Bachelor's Degree

5-8 years of overall IT experience

Recent and relevant experience of 2-3 years of project management in migration projects like - migration / upgrade / consolidation / implementation etc

PMP / Prince 2 certification preferred
