If you are a professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an appealing role for you! Based in Cluj, you will be primarily responsible to support and backup the GFS Administrative Coordinator in Cluj.

Depending on the experience could have an additional task in databases maintenance, multi-BU support and backup, for 5-30% of the time.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL :

  • Support in supplying with protocol products (milk, tea, coffee, sugar, water, others) of the 2 locations (A1, A2) where GFS group is located
  • Estimation of the need and distribution of office products, stationery, masks, disinfectant.
  • Correspondence retrieval / correspondence redistribution / correspondence submission.
  • Support in planning, booking and follow-up for different visits (hotel accommodation, taxi transport, meeting rooms, restaurant, protocol, gate access, etc)
  • Support in solving different maintenance situations related to the workspace, in the 2 locations (A1, A2) where GFS group is located- as tickets and communication with suppliers and campus maintenance team for air conditioning, cleaning, water filters, faulty xerox, malfunctioning coffee machine etc.
  • Support in organizing team building activities -search for offers, collection of participant data, completion of contracts , issuing invoices
  • Search for offers for promotional products / purchase / distribution
  • Picking up / distributing promotional products / gifts -as Christmas gifts, diaries, or other products
  • Support in Invoice management -taking over, completing IRF or creating requisition and receipt in Oracle, sending them to the campus Accounting Department
  • Fill in the SSM + ISU sheets for the whole group
  • Update Outlook -DL Cluj Financial Services
  • Monthly check for first aid kits installed on the floor and completion of monthly sheets
  • Any other requests related to day-to-day activity and backup of the GFS Administrative Coordinator
  • FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED :

  • College or University degree
  • 1 year experience in an administrative role is a plus
  • Languages : English advanced level as mandatory, other language as advantage
  • PC skills : MS Office, Internet, Outlook
