Team Leader on IT support and projects’ team for Accounting IS with French

We are seeking to hire a team leader to coordinate IT teams around the Information System of the Accounting value chain, providing activities of IT support, project management and business analysis.
As part of our team, you will play an essential role in the innovation and creation process of Societe Generale software solutions that can reshape the digital world of tomorrow.
What you will do :
Maintain good collaboration with various stakeholders of SG Group (partners of extended team in Paris, finance teams in proximity, technical and transversal helpdesk teams from Paris / Bucharest / Bangalore.
constantly communicating with our clients and the application managers regarding the objectives and performance monitoring;
Manage team members and their development by defining staff objectives, conducting appraisals and regular feedback, building career path and trainings roadmap;
Allocate the activities and deliverables in the team while supporting them in their daily activities;
Ensure a proper documentation of all solutions developed and released in production;
Promote and implement Project Management methodology in the Société Générale Group European Business Services and its associated computer applications;
Manages project team in order to get the objectives description and project’s needs of the beneficiary and the parties affected in order to respect the final document of business specifications.
Previous experience in coordinating IT CHANGE activities, preferably for Banking / Financial Department in financial services industry (e.
g. min 3 years in PM or team leader role on IS implementation for Accounting area); relevant experience in managing teams on IT RUN activity is a plus;
Familiar in working in a multicultural environment . Working in an Agile environment is a plus;
Good understanding of IT projects lifecycle and methodology understanding of business and functional specifications, analyze and elaborate functional specifications, estimation, testing, support;
PMI certification is a plus;
Analythical mind, interested to have an impact on the accounting for financial services of French entities; proven innovation attitude and flexibility / adaptability;
Strong in prioritization and planning; proven ability in structuring and delivering key messages to stakeholders;
Accounting and Financial Background Academy of Economic Studies; IFRS accounting standards knowledge will be a plus;
Good command of French at least B2 level and advanced English.
