Job responsibilities :
Monitor changes and environment in order to anticipate risks and exploit opportunities inOncology Area as well as in any other medical specialty as the case may be
Define Oncology Market access priorities
Define the tactical response to the anticipated changes in the oncologymarket environment, find innovative solutions on how to accelerate AbbVie’s oncology products entering the market
Manage price approval process for oncology products
Prepare and develop negotiation strategies for payers in therapeutic areas
Play an active part within Brand teams, and identify opportunities to work collaboratively with cross-functional colleagues to deliver on brand objectives
Responsible within actions and programs supporting the value propositions
Coordinate and support the communication of oncologyvalue proposition
Maintain an awareness and understanding of the impact of Romania decisions on AbbVie’s area and global oncology business, and help to ensure area activities meet the needs of Romania
Support the strategic contribution of Market Access function to NNLRP process Future Fit implementation
Provide strategic contribution to NNLRPprocess
Responsible of MKA budget regarding the oncology area and implement oncology market access strategy
Workactively with NMA in connection with :
achieve reimbursement of new products
prepare and submit documents for reimbursement
proactively communicate on administrative and expert level (primary contact) and assure effective back-up for Market Access Romania Manager on decision making level (secondary contact).
Work actively with the NHIH to ensure the necessary reimbursement of AbbVie products.
Proactively communicate on administrative and expert level (primary contact) and assure effective back-up for Market Access Manager on decision making level (secondary contact).
Maintain correspondence with MoH, NMA, NHIH and other institutions.
Sustain effective relationships between departments / functions for pricing, reimbursement, value proposition.
