JOB TITLE : Global Process Change Agent

The Global Process Change Agent in GBS FINANCE R2R uses his / her extensive process and leadership expertise to support the Global GBS FINANCE R2R Change Agent Lead in executing timely and effective change management programmes aligned to GSB Financestrategic objectives.
The incumbent of the role will be responsible to cover all specific GBS FINANCE R2R roles.
Global Process Change Lead
DBS, Regional and Geographic Functions - works with Global and Regional Finance teams (GBS, EM) to ensure a network of super users and SMEs are in place and leveraged for process improvements implementation and focus on integration and alignment.
GPO, Regional / Project Governance Boards provide expert advice, direction and ensure full governance on changes for GBS FINANCE R2R processes.

Business and Operational
Provide expertise of the GBS FINANCE R2R processes and activities to ensure optimal efficiency
Collaborate effectively with peer LSS Manager, Alteryx Manager, Celonis Manager and fellow BAU managers in GBS FINANCE R2R areas
Work directly with the Global Process teams, DBS Function, Central and Regional teams, End markets etc. to ensure key aspects of process and solution integration are achieved
Ensure alignment between the GBS centres to embed solutions as BAU / standardization of process operation across all teams (Standard Operating Procedures)
Support the Global GBS FINANCE R2R Change Lead to own the functional Data related to the processes within remit and ensure the relevant set of KPI in place
Support the Global GBS FINANCE R2R Change Lead in the management of tiered KPIs by identifying drivers, drive improvements, tracking & reporting, incl actuals monitoring.
Support Global Process Lead and deliver ad-hoc requests coming from GBS LT, GPO and other senior leadership roles.
Anticipate problems, identify root causes, and be proactive about preventing issues from occurring.
Analise full impact and identify risks associated with potential solutions to systems issues and advise GBS FINANCE R2RGPL and GBS FINANCE R2R Change Lead of the best approach :
Understand the end-to-end GBS FINANCE R2R processes including implications on its stakeholders, be it in EMs or other GBS Service Lines
Embraces change and looks for new opportunities to quickly learn the new ways
Embrace and advise on Agile methodology to be used at the core across the process
Constantly challenges the Status Quo to improve the current ways of working
Supports Global GBS FINANCE R2R Change Lead in providing compelling guidance on how proposed change will create value to the business moving forward
Supports the identification and enables the implementation / landing of continuous improvement opportunities to increase the overall efficiency and effectiveness of end-to-end processes within BAT related to GBS FINANCE R2R
Implement Comms plan for the specific process area (timelines, channels, audience, etc), by deploying a multi-layer engagement plan to tailor for the different levels of seniority in the organization
Supports Global GBS FINANCE R2R Change Lead to effectively manage all relevant initiatives’ portfolio, monitoring implementation progress against the plan and ensuring action plans in place to mitigate identified risks
Act as liaison amongst GBS centres on initiatives (, projects, process alignments, initiatives landing, targets, functional workshops)
Assesses training needs at global level (within GBS, EMs etc), tailors KT documents based on targeted audience, ensures cascading completeness of KT documents, organizes & plans the training sessions and their landing within the service lines and all impacted stakeholders from the business.
System changes management coordination (UAT, Hypercare)

Interacts and provides valuable points of view with peers and stakeholders.
Communicates effectively via all channels. Able to tailor messages to various stakeholder groups with minimal inputs / edits
Initiate collaboration with other teams to exchange knowledge, best practices, and opportunities for improvement
Promote strong teamwork and cross functional / departmental collaboration.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
Proven expertise in a multinational environment with at least 4 years of experience, out of which a minimum of 2 years’ experience in GBS FINANCE R2R within a leading FMCG / CPG / SS company or hands-on consultancy specialising in GBS FINANCE R2R
Functional expertise in Finance processes
Hands on experience in Transformational programmes within a global organisation would be an advantage
Business Acumen and relevant working experience in multinational matrix organizations
