Role and Responsibilities
1. Performance marketing responsibilities :
Lead the performance activities as single contact person in relation to our agencies Define and set weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly KPIs
Designs and implement the performance marketing calendar together with the media agency using all available media channels and platforms
Works closely with the category teams, digital analyst and sellout managers to properly track KPIs and use insights in defining the performance tactics and maximise performance opportunities during national full channel campaigns Responsible for implementation of the promotion calendar in performance marketing activities
Coordinates media and creative agencies to deliver the campaigns
Evaluate together with sellout manager and eStore marketing manager the ROI of promotional activities from a performance point of view and propose corrective actions if needed
Daily monitors all performance mk KPIs and designs optimisation tactics, from impression to order
Responsible for CVR and ROAS of performance marketing campaigns Using insights from research and past campaigns, she / he improves constantly the result of the campaigns
Liaise with EHQ teams to implement new channels and tactics related to performance marketing
2. Managing Own Activity
Responsible for the timely execution of his / her tasks, following strict internal processes and procedures and collaborating with key people that influence the activity
Setup of the correct financial flows for performance marketing, according to the internal corporate procedures
Working in conjunction with the category teams to ensure seamless collaboration and integrated online activation
Provides regular reporting and insights on the performance of campaigns at project / product / channel level
Skills and Qualifications
a) Studies : University graduate
b) Background : 3 years+ relevant experience in performance marketing
bidding strategies, audience segmentation, the way the various platforms work);Google Analytics / Adobe Omniture, Google Ads platform
also needs self-motivation and solve confidence, ability to negotiate & discuss with business teams
