Here is the breakdown of the most important parts of the Project Management Officer role :

Governance at the Client Account level across Projects :

  • Creation of Project and Client Reports / Dashboards / Metrics;
  • Charring Client Level / Project Review meetings;
  • Liaising with offshore delivery teams.
  • Ensuring that existing processes are followed & refined :

  • Invoicing;
  • Financial forecasting;
  • SOWs review;
  • Opportunities and executed contract traceability;
  • Reporting;
  • Budget setting and tracking.
  • Ensuring new processes are defined and rolled out as per need;
  • Facilitate work force planning process inside the account;
  • Ad Hoc- Data Analysis and Reporting.

    Qualifications and Experience

  • Fluent German speaker (minimum B2 level);
  • Good spoken and written English language skill;
  • Financial Literate / Good numeracy;
