What do we offer ?
Manages the recruitment processes from A to Z (strategies, research, interviews etc.)
Involved in the inductions and retention strategies for the team members
Works closely with managers and team leaders for people managing processes (evaluation, retention, company’s culture and climate, and any situation regarding the employees)
Organize company events in collaboration with the manager (team buildings, parties, company lunch/dinner etc.)
Implementation and execution of HR programs and initiatives
Represents the company at various recruitment fairs and events
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR - experience in a recruitment company or an internal HR department in a software development company is a plus
Knowledge of the IT recruitment strategies and market
Working experience in handling multiple tasks/projects/tools - experience in ONG, college groups, internships or volunteer projects counts
Eager for professional development within the entire spectrum of the hr operational tasks - recruitment, event planning, retention processes, organisational tasks in the office etc.
Good organizational and prioritization skills
Fluent in English- it’s a must
Creative and adaptive person
Easy to interact to person with very good communication skills on all levels within organisation
Bachelor degree in Psychology or Human Resources is an advantage
