Location : BucharestExiger is engaged in an active phase of global growth and has an immediate opportunity for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent & Culture team.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be based in Exiger's Bucharest office and will primarily support our recruitment efforts for our global Diligence business.

The ideal candidate is creative, flexible, and enjoys working within a growing, results-driven entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Talent & Culture colleagues and hiring managers to develop a comprehensive understanding of our open roles.
  • Review and screen prospective candidate resumes.
  • Schedule phone, onsite and video interviews with hiring teams and candidates.
  • Work with hiring teams to coordinate logistics for on-site / video interviews.
  • Manage candidate flow through our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Support various steps of the candidate onboarding process.
  • Provide support to the Talent & Culture team on additional projects as needed.
  • Serve as an active member of our global Talent & Culture team.
  • Knowledge & Skills

  • Excellent English verbal & written communication skills and an impactful presentation style;
  • A high degree of customer focus, business acumen, and professionalism;
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and teamwork skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Professional Experience Required
  • Bachelor’s degree required;
  • 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or campus recruitment environment;
  • Strong desire to work with a team, to collaborate on our growth;
  • Data-driven, fast-paced and fact-based;
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, inquisitive, problem-solving in nature;
  • Proven ability to roll up your sleeves’ and make a contribution quickly;
  • A team player capable of working effectively with individuals throughout the organization;
