Interacts with EMEA markets sales leadership team, sales stakeholders, and operational teams to drive process efficiency and effectiveness.
Communicates project status, process standards and changes, issues and workarounds clearly and succinctly to business and operations teams.
Represents the needs of the business, function, or region to bridge gaps, drive process improvements and tactical process decisions.
Collaborates with both Capability Leads and Sales business stakeholders to gather business requirements for future tool enhancements.
Supports the design of new or improved processes of moderate complexity, and understand business / customer impact.
Owns the research and data analysis for complex projects; may lead projects.
Utilizes standard project management and quality improvement methodologies in process improvement approaches.
Drives projects and implements process changes in order to meet ongoing business objectives.
Contributes to business or function-wide processes / programs that impact multiple business units and / or countries.
Education and Experience Required :
First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
Typically 6-10 years of related experience in IT / business operations.
Typically 5-8 years of project management experience.
Quality improvement training required and certification a plus.
Project management training required. Certification a plus
Agile methodology training required. Certification a plus
HP Dynamics knowledge and experience is a must
Proficiency with PowerBI, including translating data into impactful and relevant views
Knowledge and Skills :
In-depth knowledge of HP operational processes, industry trends, and customer / partner requirements.
In-depth understanding of core HP businesses and the revenue cycle.
Excellent communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation), leadership, and influence skills. Mastery in English.
Strong business experience in multiple process areas with excellent project management and process development skills;
ability to drive process improvements using industry standard quality improvements tools and concepts.
Strong project management skills such as planning, execution and implementation.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Solid financial and business acumen.
