As an Installation Manager, you will :
Promote, motivate and coordinate direct activities of the Installations Supervisors in order to deliver the Schindler overall business objectives (i.
e. customer satisfaction, operational results, efficiency metrics, etc.);
Coordinate the development and execution of all work, optimize the work-groups, tools and means to meet the objectives of activity, yield and quality of the work;
Ensure the application of safety and health guidelines;
Actively manage, develop and coach the supervisors and additional staff (on quality, efficiency, customer orientation, etc.).
Analyse root causes for deviations, set up and follow up on corrective actions.
Mobility needs YOU! We are looking for :
Studies in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Construction Management or qualified electrician;
Site level project management experience, ideally in the Construction, Building Services / Mechanical or Electrical Contractor industry;
Excellent communication skills;
Team management experience with proven leadership skills - encouraging open communication and constant cooperation between team members;
Ability to coach and mentor your team;
Focus on customers and results;
Capacity to develop action plans aligned with the business strategy, ensuring that it is delivered;
Resilient and persevering approach.
