Within this position you are responsible for the complete and consistent package (solution) of processes, methods, and related tools for Engineering Review Management for use in all projects of our segment worldwide.
This includes definition and adaptation of the solution to the requirements of our product lines, use in projects and maintenance of the solution throughout its life cycle.
Your tasks in detail :
Lead the segment process community for Engineering Review Management with product center representatives, key users, and tool administrators;
Consolidate and represent the needs of our segment in working groups and change control boards on company level;
Coordinate the definition and update of our segment processes and methods;
Challenge and improve process, method, and tool strategies with novel ideas;
Cooperate with IT department in the definition and development of new or improved tool solutions for Review Management;
Define and track deployment of process, methods and tools;
Provide suitable training strategy and material, and perform trainings;
Share own knowledge with the organization.
Advise management and projects on relevant review processes, methods, and tools;
Ensure proper set-up of supporting services (e.g., data center, access management systems).
Qualifications Qualifications :
Completed studies in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable qualification;
Multiannual professional experience in system or software development, including state-of-the art methods and tools;
Leadership experience (e.g., through project management of international and interdisciplinary teams);
Knowledge in Automotive SPICE and ISO / IEEE standards for engineering reviews;
Knowledge of product development (from development to manufacturing);
Experience with process development or process improvement projects;
Experience with IBM Jazz, GitHub, Confluence and Jira is beneficial;
Very good English language skills written and spoken;
Good German language skills would be beneficial;
Presentation and communication competence at all levels of leadership;
Coaching and training capabilities;
Experience in international and intercultural cooperation;
