Lead and develop Talent Acquisition and Development team to deliver effective and consistent HR solutions to business teams.

Key Responsabilities :

  • Own people cycle for GBS Ro, ensure quality direction regarding objective setting and evaluation. Ensure quality calibration meetings happening for GBS Ro with clear follow up actions afterwards.
  • Own talent management and succession planning process for GBS Ro. Together with business leaders and relevant HRBPs help identify employee readiness, talent gaps, and retention risks.
  • Link development initiatives with talent and career planning for the employees.

  • Design career paths for different functions in GBS Ro.
  • Work closely with HRBPs to align talent acquisition and development strategies and initiatives with the functional business needs.
  • Ensure that GBS talent and people development challenges are understood, addressed, and supported by concrete actions. Oversee management of GBS Ro talent and development programs.

  • Provides development opportunities in line with GBS priorities, relevant recruitment practices, securing best talent through excellent recruitment process and employee pre / and onboarding experience.
  • Work as a bridge between GBS Ro and EMEA&APAC TAD team in terms of global programs and initiatives, such as Leadership development programs or DI initiatives.

  • Lead conversations on TAD metrics as part of HR scorecard, generate and lead improvement initiatives. Establish ways to measure the total effectiveness of learning and development programs.
  • Manage training and recruitment providers to agreed service level requirements and budgets. Lead review of providers on a regular basis.

  • 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • HR BP experience
  • Prior experience in talent management and / or acquisition preferred
  • Experience working within a matrix environment
  • Experience managing teams preferred
  • Provides talent management leadership and capability development
  • Serves as visible change agent and thought leader
  • Operates efficiently and effectively in a matrix environment
  • Demonstrates effective collaboration without formal authority
  • Able to translate strategy into actionable plans
