Your Mission : You will be part of the HR Transformation and Automation team and you will be key in achieving an automated HR function in UiPath.
You will partner with other teams in the organization to facilitate the identification of automation opportunities, contribute to the management of the automation portfolio management and support the democratization of automation in HR.
What you'll do at UiPath :
Contribute to process assessment initiatives in the HR function, with the objective to improve, streamline and define an automation-ready set of processes.
Conduct process discovery workshops and document process steps
Coordinate the process automation activities and partner with the Automation Center of Excellence for this
Deliver automation awareness sessions and training sessions, aimed at the continuous development of automation know-how and skills of HR teams
Contribute to the delivery of different automation initiatives implemented in HR, by taking ownership for the implementation of project streams
Interact with other HR teams, as well as teams for other business functions and build strong collaborative relationships
Provide support to other HR related projects, in line with the project portfolio of the HR Transformation and Automation team
What you'll bring to the team :
Process oriented mindset, with an experience of min. 2.5 years in a business analysis, including : process assessment, mapping and redesign, contribution to operating model definition projects.
Experience of project or project stream coordination and ownership is a plus.
Automation know-how, with an experience of min. 2 years of RPA implementation projects, with proven capabilities to document and review business requirements, interface communication between development teams and business owners, timely raise risks.
Experience with other technologies (e.g. chatbot, machine learning, OCR, process mining) is a plus.
Prior experience with the delivery of training content on topics related to business analysis and / or automation
Client-oriented mindset, with focus on solving problems, in alignment with business needs and available resources
Ease to work independently but also in teams, demonstrating team-work, a positive, constructive and can-do attitude. Prior experience in working with multi-cultural and international teams, and in projects with a global reach is required
Agility and versatility, ease to adjust to a dynamic and transforming working environment
Experienced user of MS Office toolset (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and fluent English (written and spoken). Any other European languages is considered a plus
