Follows sales processes to deliver tasks to support the design, development and implementation of sales programmes and tools in order to meet the business objectives;
Supports the team to deliver activities related to measuring, analysing and reporting on key sales activities, identifying areas of opportunity to improve sales and service that will positively impact revenue, market share and customer experience;
Delivers assigned tasks with good understanding of procedures and concepts through extensive sales experience to achieve sales and revenue targets within area of responsibility;
Uses communication skills to exchange ideas and information in a concise and logical way to support with negotiations and signing up contracts;
Provides sales reporting;
Helps maintain strong relationships with internal teams to ensure adherence to training requirements, across all sales channels, and looks to identify skills gaps in line with Learning and Development teams;
Performs other job-related duties or tasks defined by the supervisor or resulting from assigned agendas.
