Level : Experienced Professional
To support the training activity, helping conduct the training needs analysis, training curriculum development, training approach and plan, material development and training delivery.
The role requires a full understanding of the system and the business processes it supports with adequate actions needed to articulate this information to end users.
Provides training and support of the use of the Coupa platform using various training delivery channels : classroom, webinars, workshops, e-
learning and ad-hoc / bite-size sessions
Collaborates in the designing and reviewing of learning materials, reference guides, lesson plans and e-learning
Develops and critically assesses technical and process content, carries out proof-reading of training materials
Takes responsibility for pre-training and follow-up process as required
Ensures training records and attendance are accurate and up-to-date
Supports and assists in the Training Needs Analysis process
Supports training evaluation, database and metrics management and analysis
Assist company’s employees generally and the Super User network with How do I?’ questions as necessary
Supports the development of training approach and curriculum
Aligns training requirements across workstreams
Assesses change impacts and defines appropriate training actions
Qualifications / education required
Minimum Graduate Level
Training qualifications or a relevant degree in education preferable
Previous experience working with complex IT programs with good level of exposure to business processes
Previous experience and / or ability to demonstrate a good level of understanding of the end to end RtP processes
Hands-on software support experience
Experience of developing training materials for delivery in-class and online
Advanced IT skills and technology-savvy overall
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to train various size groups of staff face-to-face, one-to-one and via webinars
Have a clear understanding of the differences of training delivery methods and ability to select the adequate channel to deliver the training
Ability to persuade and promote the vision of getting the business to use the new technology using a range of training methods
Keen and fast learner, capable to produce supporting training material as required, sometimes at short notice
Confidence and ability to think quickly and instruct effectively on an unstructured basis if required
Ability to respond and offer solutions when unexpected issues arise
Ability to effectively priorities and execute tasks in a high-pressure and fast-pace environment
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Willingness to travel and to work flexible in order to reflect different time zones if required
