  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs
  • Offer user support for the OneTrust platform
  • Act as the single point of contact to the customer for all types of service requests
  • Escalate service requests that cannot be scheduled within agreed service levels
  • Improve usage and increase the productivity of IT support resources
  • Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
  • Solve medium to high complexity application related incidents coming from end-users
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science or equivalent education
  • Ability to diagnose and address application issues
  • Ability to learn employer-specific software
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Complex problem solving and high attention to details
  • Good verbal and written communication skills German and English
  • Quick comprehension and a high level of logical thinking
  • Initiative and flexibility, independent and systematic in the approach
