Brief job description
As a devops / sre / admin you'll be part of a team responsible for the well being of our VMs and software it runs. We use several VM providers (ovh, gke, private cloud, VMWare on dedicated, remote servers).
Most importantly we host several environments of our own solution - a dcos-distributed open telemetry platform which we're planning on migrating to Kubernetes & GKE.
We support our production environments 24 / 7, so you'll be joining in this effort (paid extra depending on the schedule).
Everything we do we automate, so using and developing our ansible codebase would be one of the responsibilities as well.
Your daily tasks on the job
Maintaining proper operation of our telemetry solution (dev, test and prod environments)
Helping developers with our dev infrastructure (Jenkins, git, jira)
Developing and improving our monitoring solution
Developing and improving automatization for most tasks
Responding to IT-related incidents (internal and external)
Taking part in IT-related meetings (internal and external)
