Description of the position
The UX Designer will balance the user’s behavior by being involved in user research sessions with the design sprints for finding the most innovative way to solve the user’s needs.
Furthermore, the UX Designer will help the team understand how important it is to offer the user an excellent experience while navigating, taking into the accessibility and usability of the application.
Also, the UX designer will be responsible for evangelizing the Human-Centered design between the colleagues in the same or other departments.
