Respond to Employee, Manager and Human Resource Ops Partner C&B queries as 1st level support via mailbox and service desk tickets.
Process employee access when they go out and return from leaves of absences.
Ensure the administration of all Company benefit plans are compliant with established guidelines, processes and regulatory requirements.
Send out employee communication.
Arranging benefit and wellbeing road shows across PAREXEL offices.
Company Intranet, Offer pack, New Hire Orientation documentation.
Process Payroll supplements for employees on leaves of absence and resolve any issues.
Assist with the administration of the Salary Survey Database; including data input into Market Pay, audit reporting, creation of PAREXEL’s benchmarking files and assist with training and roll-out for HR.
Prepare data for global salary and benefit survey submissions. Ensure timely submission for annual and ad-hoc surveys.
Prepare audits and reports during the various pay review cycle (annual and rolling).
Create various complex reports for analysis.
General administration and support to Total rewards team globally.
Process, track and maintain all compensation and benefit invoices in an accurate and timely fashion.
Ability to create mail merge documents.
Knowledge of the following surveys would be advantageous : Towers Watson, Aon Hewitt, Alan Jones and Radford.
High level of attention to detail.
Knowledge and Experience :
Minimum 1 years’ experience of professional work environment, preferably within a Finance, HR or C&B function.
Experience working in a highly matrixed organization.
Global knowledge and awareness a plus.
Must be fluent in English written and spoken.
Experience of working a customer service focused environment.
