to-Cash function including best practices, technologies, processes, procedures and toolsExperience working for a multinational organization and working with colleagues internationallyProcessed and Packaged foods industry experience HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGThe Cash Allocation Associate is responsible for performing work activities included in the Invoice to Cash (ITC) process for the Kellogg organization and may perform some or all of the work activities below : Serve as ITC point of contact for assigned customersMaintain a full understanding of customers' strategies, policies, and key personnel, as well as Kellogg's terms of sale, internal policies, and key personnel.
Accurately apply cash according to the customer remittance within agreed timeframes, having downloaded the relevant bank statementsEnsure receipt of customer remittances so cash can be applied as per customer documentationCode deductions to the correct reason code, according to the paperwork provided from the customerProcess deductions not requiring validation to the agreed Profit and Loss accountAccurately park and post customer invoices relating to tradeFacilitate ITC problem resolutionEnsure consistent application and adherence of all Kellogg ITC policies, including GAAP, SOX, and audit requirements as well as adhere to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Conduct trend analysis to drive continuous improvement related to OTC processes and systemsMaintain a constant focus on achieving and surpassing established metricsProactively partner with internal and external customers to identify trends and resolve ITC issuesWork with management and peer groups to maintain Kellogg in top quartile on all benchmarking measures and metricsBuild individual skills and capabilities through learning opportunities such as training courses and on-
