System Tools (S32 Configuration Tools) engineers will work to develop tools either in Java / Eclipse (S32 Configuration Tools) or MATLAB / Simulink (Model Based Design Tools) to support programming of the AMP solution portfolio.
System Tools engineers must be proficient in C / C++ and Java programming.
Additionally for the engineers involved into Model-Based Design Tools, expertise in MATLAB and Simulink is a plus.
AMP S32 Configuration Tools portfolio currently has 5 tools : Pins Tools - which allows pin muxing configuration, Clocks tool which allows clock tree configuration, Peripherals Tool which allows easy configurations of IPs, DCD Tool which generates a specific format binary for platform intialization and IVT Tool which allows memory organization for the BootRom Code.
Maintaining and developing with new tools this portfolio will be the main activity of the engineers.
For Model-Based Design Tools the effort will be mainly focused on developing toolboxes for Simulink to program AMP platforms.
