Job Summary


Customer Service Executive is responsible for servicing and maintenance of Diagnostics (Biochemistry,

Haematology& Immunology) instruments to achieve high degree of customer satisfaction in the territory

and will also be responsible for Reagent sale.


  • Consistently achieve the service delivery norms to attain the high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure online updation of data and implementation of MIS and systems for control and
  • measurement.

  • Track the service contract renewals and ensure that they are timely renewed
  • Proactively quote routine spare parts to customers to avoid delay in maintenance of instruments
  • Escalate critical issues to the concerned groups for ensuring timely action.
  • Ensure spares quote to be sent on time and meet the quarterly & yearly plan
  • Network with peers in Sales, Application and Marketing to meet the customer satisfaction

    Education :

  • Biomedical Engineer
  • Experience :

  • Freshers with interest in making their career in commercial field - Diagnostics
  • Locations

    West - Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Kolhapur, Nagpur

    East - Guwahati

    And across India in different location
