Job Title : Vehicle Distribution Documentation Pilot

Career level : Entry Level (1 - 2 years), Middle Level (2 - 5 years)

Employment Type : Full Time

Contract Type : Fixed Term Contract (CDD) 12 months

Spoken languages : English Conversational level; French Conversational level

What will you do :

Document and / or modify the distribution flows to allow the physical start of the transport of vehicles at the planned time

Check and act (asking the engineers and / or operational teams for the necessary modifications) so that all vehicles being distributed have a transport scheme that contains all the necessary information

Create and ensure that all the elements necessary to track the position of the vehicles are correctly documented in the RENAULT logistics systems

Guarantee that the planned and promised data to the customers considers the time required for the physical distribution of the vehicles

Create and ensure that the elements necessary for the payment of the services provided by the carriers are documented

Who are you :

You have an advantage if you have completed higher education

You have previous experience in the field of Logistics / Supply Chain (preferably)

You can process databases, analyze & interpret information

You have an intermediate / advanced knowledge of Excel

You have knowledge of English and French at an advanced / conversational level

Knowledge of VBA, Access, BI (Business Intelligence) are a plus and are more than welcome
