Bitdefender, the technology leader in anti-malware software industry, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join its rapidly growing Sales Development team.
This position includes a sales quota based on annual targets and ongoing performance.
Research, identify, and prospect for new clients in BeNeLux and Northern countries.
Calling will be the main activity of the job, with an average of 50 calls per day.
Get up-to-speed as quickly as possible on endpoint protection and virtualized data centers through a combination of intensive onboarding, self-guided training, and face-to-face meetings with sales management and product marketing.
Leverage all of the available technologies for lead generation as well as account and contact discovery to build and maintain a targeted list of qualified prospects.
Be an expert on telephone, email, and social selling techniques to establish a cadence for connecting, scheduling, and managing meetings with a wide variety of business and technical decision makers within organizations of all types and sizes.
Utilize smart and targeted questions to speak knowledgeably about endpoint protection and highly virtualized data center environments.
Build interest and create opportunities with new prospects by coordinating consultations with Territory Managers and Sales Engineers.
Enter all activities in Saleforce as well as updating, amending, and appending all data related to Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Opportunities as appropriate.
Exceed expectations for consultations and product demonstrations within the first three months of employment.

Must be fluent in English, French is a bonus.

Strong written communication, phone, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience and / or strong interest in selling cybersecurity software and services.
Highly organised and strong personal time management skills.
Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Experience using Salesforce a plus.
Ability to perform job functions independently with limited supervision.
Experience in IT Sales / Technical Support is an advantage.
Effective in solving sales situations and conflicts.
Proficient working with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
