Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruitment Sourcer who is going to be responsible for setting up and delivering the Sourcing Strategy, collaborating with business and talent acquisition colleagues who are as passionate about the talent agenda as you are.

You will be continuously looking for new trends and developments in the IT Talent Sourcing & Talent Acquisition field

Role & Responsibilities :

  • Establish first contact with the candidate to schedule interview to ensure that the candidate has been contacted for having a F2F or virtual interview after receiving the request.
  • Room meeting reservation in the system for interviews to ensure that the recruiters / hiring managers have a place reserved for interviews
  • Request feedback post assessments and update in Recruiting Sharepoint
  • Check positive candidates in the systems before contact them by phone
  • Upload of documents collected to complete the onboarding checklist on the HR Operations Sharepoint site.
  • Update information in systems with entry level data of candidates to group assessment. If candidate is not already in systems, create candidate in the system.
  • Hiring in systems (joiners only) : obtain requisition from Scheduling, Supply / Demand, check and update requisition data, check and confirm candidate data, fill in offer data (keeping candidate in offer draft).
