Key requirements :
2-5 years working experience on managerial position in digital marketing and media environment and in e-Commerce for a standalone B2C or B2B e-commerce;
Successful track record of implementing and developing digital marketing and media activities for consumer brands;
Excellent demonstrable knowledge of all relevant marketing areas (ex. SEM, SEO, display and performance marketing, social media campaigns, marketing automation);
Solid working knowledge of all relevant marketing tools (ex. analytics & data studios, ad serving, campaign managers);
Experience with key ecommerce selling and marketing tools & tactics (ex. e-merchandising, promotions, search, recommendations, product pages performance, A / B testing)
Knowledge of customer lifecycle management (ex. leads acquisitions and nurturing, conversion to sales, segmentation and personalisation of communication through marketing automation)
Knowledge of beauty market; interested in beauty trends;
Excellent command of English;
Very good communication and collaboration skills;
Job purpose :
Improve and optimize digital marketing strategy and execution across Orbico Beauty Romania digital initiatives (including online awareness and performance campaigns, social media campaigns, influencer activities);
Design, plan and initiate Orbico Beauty brand B2B marketing activities;
Create and execute the online selling strategy for e-retailers, but also B2C and B2B platforms;
Responsible for the digital marketing campaigns and ecommerce financial performance and P&L;
Build and develop digital marketing capabilities in Orbico Beauty Romania;
Key job duties :
Conduct thorough analysis of current digital marketing and media activities in Orbico Beauty, across all its digital initiatives (ex.
branding and performance campaigns for beauty brands, digital marketing supporting ecommerce businesses) and propose improvements / optimizations.
Work with project and brand leaders on creating optimal digital marketing and media strategies and tactics for current and new initiatives (including brand awareness campaigns, social media marketing, e-commerce / e-tail driving performance campaigns).
Provide digital marketing and media knowledge and expertise; support teams in execution.
Lead digital marketing and media activities in Orbico Beauty (together with project / brand leaders)
Create a set of required digital marketing and online media KPIs, connecting marketing & media activities to business results.
Ensure implementation and track progress.
Review the cooperation with vendors / agencies and propose optimizations. Lead cooperation with media and marketing vendors (help write RFP, review proposals, ensure optimal contracts, review media plans, challenge the agencies, propose improvements).
Frequently evaluate vendor’s performance.
Create and execute B2C and B2B digital marketing strategy aimed at promoting Orbico Beauty brand in Romania.
Train Orbico Beauty Romania employees in digital marketing. Provide ad hoc support and consulting.
Track digital marketing & media trends and work with teams on implementation of new tactics and tools aimed at improving business results and ensuring better partnerships with producers and retailers.
