Ideal candidate :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
High customer service skills set : ability to talk with users directly, to solve their issues, and leave the users with a positive experience
Strong attention to details and a sense of urgency
Ability to deal with multiple tasks, to handle multiple high priorities, to balance changing priorities
The ability to learn quickly new technologies
Maintaining the computer systems of the company
Performing security administration functions, including creating user profiles and accounts, monitoring and managing system resources
Performing system backup and recovery procedures
Providing technical support and guidance for the employees
Experience in operating systems (Windows) : installing, advanced services configurations, backup, security
Skill set :
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science is preferred.
Microsoft Certificationa are a plus
Previous help-desk experience is a plus
