Technical university degree
Previous customer experience in a technical / production field is mandatory
Customer-oriented, excellent communicator, willing to instruct skills
Time-management and organizational skills
Good computer skills are necessary (Windows, Office, etc.
Fluency in English (both writing and speaking), German or other language is a plus
Provide first-line support to customers with the technical description and correct use of product features and functionalities
Research, investigate customers requests received especially via e-mail and telephone
Prioritize customers inquiries and offer responses in a timely and accurate way
Collaborate with internal and external departments of the company, if needed
Handle effectively customers complaint process in case of quality, technical, performance issues
Review the solutions and notify the customers accordingly
