Job Description
The Product Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for :
Industrialisation in the plant of new projects, coordinate the definition of the technological process flow for pre-series and series production starting with phase 3 up to phase 6 (from customer BID up to Program Closure),
Coordinates all activities including but not limited to : BOM (Bill of Materials initial and changes on life time of the project), project PEP phases and milestone - especially coordination of the homologation process,
PFMEA and PPAP preparation and execution,
Coordinate adaptation and analysis of the fabrication procces (ex equipment and toolings);
Tooling purchasing , follow up and risk analysis (design review) ;
Development by ensuring that technical specifications of the product are applied to the fabrication process, creation and deployment of work instructions and technical documentation;
Act as a main point of contact (customer teams, AME, et c) from the plant for all activities during the launch phases for new projects in his portofoli
Technological process definition for new product
He is in permanent contact with Customer teams for the launches of the new projects
Coordinates all modifications to products already in production
Coordinates purchasing and implementation of new production tooling and specific process updates
Performs risk analysis on proposed and existing proces flows and tooling, including Design for Manufaturing in phase 3 & 4, PFMEA
Coordinates the creation and implementation of the technological process for the new porducts
Coordinates the creation of the technical documentation for all new tooling and aligns to miliestones for newly introducted and existing products
Coodinates the internal homologation of new products and completes the internal homologation file
PFMEA and PPAP process
Coordinates the elaboration of PFMEA (process failure mode&effects analysis) for the specific process
Participates in client complaints analysis and PPM reduction
Participates in Audits an takes part in Audits
Coordintaes the activities for PPAP preparation and execution
Colaborates with all relevant functions in order to ensure the new product homologation on time
Project Management - new product industrialisation
Coordinates all the activities in the plant in launches phases starting with Phase 3 (Bid) up to Phase 6 (Program closure)
Responsible for Customer milestons in time (ODT, PPAP, SOP)
Coordinates internal team and requesting ressources when needed in order to achieve customer milestone and requirements
In permanent contact with Customer teams for all aspects / needs / projects plans related to the new products and modifications
Organizational communication & people skills
Is accountable for comunicating technical & project contect crossfunctionally, adapted to all levels of understanding and needs
Skills and Qualifications
Initial studies : LD or MD technical field
Additional training : Lean Six Sigma (at least Green Belt); Project Management; Change Management; Manufacturing time management principles;
simultaneous engineering and industrial process understanding
a minimum of 3 years in a similar position- preferably automotive industry

Good command of English Language (C1 as per EU levels)
