We are looking for a talented Customer Support Technical Engineer to join Micro Focus and provide third level support to our ALM Octane customers, by professionally handling their tickets on time with best possible resolutions.
ALM Octane is serving global enterprise companies, both SaaS-based running on AWS, and also deployed on-premise in our customers’ ecosystems.
The team works in close collaboration with Octane DevOps and R&D organizations to resolve technical issues for enterprise customers around the globe.
The position requires excellent communication skills, broad technical literacy, attention to details, and problem-solving abilities.
