Job Description :
Managing end to end recruitment processes (needs' assessment, identifying candidates' sources, drafting job ads, CV screening, conducting interviews, realizing evalution reports);
Client and candidate management throughout the process;
Registering all information regarding candidates in accordance to data privacy regulations in the internal database;
Managing the relationship with company's clients and building long term partnerships with them.
Fluency in English;
Excellent communication skills (it is an HR job, so when we say excellent, we mean it : ));
Really, really motivated to work in Recruitment - we value passion more than expertise (experience in the area is a nice to have, but not mandatory).
