YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing and implementing the compensation and benefits strategy.
  • Preparing the guidelines for establishing the basic salary and other elements of the salary package.
  • Preparing hiring offers in accordance with internal guidelines.
  • Managing vendors (Flexible benefits, Medical, Life insurance etc) from contract set up to daily operations. Collaborates with Rewards Manager, HR, Finance as appropriate to drive this.
  • Acting in a timely and correct manner to validate changes in the system, including providing data necessary for the creation of new positions, in accordance with the responsibilities established by specific procedures.
  • Maintaining, managing, updating and developing compensation and benefit programs and policies (eg Relocation Policy, Mobile Phone Policy, Car Fleet Policy, Action Plan, etc.).
  • Managing annual and long-term bonuses and supports eligible colleagues.
  • Accountable for impact analysis of compensation and benefits programs and initiatives.
  • Analyze performance metrics. Provide specialty reporting and data analysis as required. Identify trends, potential areas of non-compliance with legal requirements and opportunities for performance improvements within the function.
